Kilkerran 12 Year Old Single Malt Whisky 46% abv

Tasting Notes

Nose: Oak notes are dominant, followed by toasted marshmallows, dried fruit pudding and a hint of peat.
Palate: Initially fruity with citrus notes and orange peel, after this: vanilla, butterscotch and digestive biscuits can all be tasted and enjoyed.
Finish: Velvety smooth with lemon meringue, to conclude, there’s an oiliness and a saltiness that you’d expect from a Campbeltown dram.

Ardbeg Scorch Single Malt Whisky 46% abv

Tasting Notes

Nose: Intense aromas of soot and smoke. oak, sage and pine wisp their way to the fore.
Palate: An oily mouthfeel grips the senses. Billowy clouds of sweet smoke and charred oak permeate the palate, while grilled fare and black liquorice weave between notes of medicinal lozenge.
Finish: A long and heroic finale, with a subtle tarry aftertaste. A finish that will drag on, well into its happily ever after.

Port Charlotte Islay Barley 2012 Single Malt Whisky 50% abv

Tasting Notes

Nose: Toasted coconut, baked earth, a little seaweed and raspberries.
Palate: Cedar, vanilla, a juicy hint of raspberry again, slowly building peat smoke and black pepper.
