Gin From Kyoto, Japan
KI NO BI (‘The Beauty of the Seasons’) is inspired by tradition and is distilled, blended and bottled in Kyoto. The gin is made in the dry style but with distinct Japanese influence. The base spirit is produced from rice, giving a twist to its character from the beginning. Created with the Japanese botanicals yuzu, hinoki wood chips, bamboo, gyokuro tea and green sanshō berries. Sahsho is one of the oldest culinary spices in the world, and has a truly exceptional character. The botanicals are individually distilled, and married, using their base, citrus, tea, herbal, spice and floral to create the distinct flavour.
