A RICHLY SUMPTUOUS 27 YEAR OLD PX SINGLE CASK, INTERWOVEN WITH MELLOW SMOKE
A 27-year-old lightly peated, single Pedro Ximénez Sherry cask released as part of BenRiach's Batch 18 single cask series. Personally selected by Master Blender Rachel Barrie from the Benriach eclectic cask collection, each Cask Edition is drawn from a single cask, chosen for exceptional taste and character.
Distilled on the 30th of May, 1994, Pedro Ximénez Sherry butt #1858 which yielded 645 bottles and bottled at 54% ABV. It was bottled in 2021 as a 27-year-old.

Colour: Demerera Gold
Nose: Charred black cherry, baked orange and apple, with cranberry, tobacco and smouldering oak.
Taste: Oak smoked baked apple, raisin and blueberry pastry, with vanilla and pepper dusted liquorice.
700ml 54%abv From Speyside, Scotland.
