A Masterclass in Local Botanicals
The Brook Family have spent the last 30 years replanting their 96 acre farm in Byron Bay with 35000+ trees. It's this rain forest that inspired the Brooks Family and legendary distiller Jim McEwan to create this beautifully crafted gin.
The botanicals used are Aniseed, Cinnamon Myrtle, Finger and Blood Limes, Juniper, Coriander, White Aspen, Riberry, Lily Pilly and Dorrigo Pepper leaf.
