St. Agnes Distillery's First Release of Camborne Single Malt Whisky
Australia's leading brandy producer St Agnes Distillery, located in Renmark South Australia has release their first single malt whisky range. St Agnes first started laying down casks of single malt spirit in 2015 using their historic brandy pot stills. This first release consists of four different expressions; Brandy cask, Shiraz cask, Sherry cask & Port cask.

This heritage has resulted in an oak reserve being close to unrivalled across Australia.

Shiraz Cask
COLOUR: Light orange
NOSE: Strawberry and vanilla ice-cream sundae, followed up with a hint of lightly roasted nuts and caramel malt.
PALATE: Juicy cherry pie, liquorice and Rhum Agricole complexed with a wisp of bacon and smoke.
FINISH: Wine and oak tannins meld together for a seamless mouthfeel and mellow drying finish.
