Corra Linn's 1st Release Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky
We are thrilled to be able to offer this new Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky from Corra Linn in Relbia in northern Tasmania. Made with uniquely flavoured, locally grown barley and the cleanest water you can find anywhere. This is a no expense spared operation that prides itself in precision, small batch production. The still house is also a fully equipped brewing facility. Tasmanian Westminster and Macquarie barley, grown and developed by Professor Zhou of the University of Tasmania make up the mash bill. Port and sherry barrels are refashioned by Tasmanian coopers, charred to specification.

Corra Linn whisky has a beautiful shade of gold amber. While on the nose it has a rich deep aroma, that brings memories of a luxurious port soaked fruity Christmas pudding. The taste does not disappoint, with the perfect balance of sweetness and spice. An initial oaky taste comes through merging with cardamom, cinnamon, garam marsala with a hint of curry and speculoos. It has a great mouthfeel leaving a satisfying, well rounded and long lasting flavour with ginger nut tones. This is a whisky that has many layers of complexity and a great story from our small batch distillery.
