The El Dorado Single Still Enmore Rum is produced from the original EHP Wooden Continuous Coffey Still that was first constructed at the Enmore Estate in 1880.
Immediately upon pouring the aroma shows itself from an arms length away. Notes of prune, plum, and peppercorn with an air of robustness mixed with walnut. Palate is full and upon second sip hitting most parts of the mouth. It's drier than other expressions from El Dorado with strong undertone of char. Slight jammy fruit notes come through however the Enmore Single Still is dominated by oak, dark coco bitter chocolate and hints of tobacco leaf.
