The first release in their new Sherry Cask Series

This unique and limited fully sherry matured cask single malt whisky has been carefully nurtured over 7 years in premium Oloroso casks. The combination of their signature spirit flavour profile complimented by soft, sweet fruit furnishings creates a single malt whisky that embodies the 'less is more' philosophy. While many Sherry cask releases rely on a battering of Christmas fruit richness to deliver flavour, at Hellyers Road, they believe in the harmonious balance between unique spirit, premium casks and the nuances of the ageing process. Strength and subtlety sip after sip.

Tasting Notes:

Scents of sweet tobacco and raisin present, as the palate detects dark chocolate and seared citrus with a spicy overlay. An elegant, smooth oily sweetness envelops around notes of vanilla and dried fruits with a hint of chilli and cloves bowing to a lingering, graceful finish.
