Extremely rare. Elegant. Poised. Slowly revealing a clear yet complex equilibrium. “Hibiki” symbolises the unique marriage of malts and a harmonious blend from Japan. The 24 faces of the Hibiki bottle represent the 24 seasons of the age old Japanese calendar. The front label is beautifully made from “Washi”, hand-crafted Japanese paper.
Nose a big bowl of tropical fruit. Orange zest, toffee apples, honey and a light plum note.
Palate is viscous, nutty with citrus and spice. The oak is soft and warming with a nice long tangy finish.
