This 15 year old single malt from Orkney's Highland Park Distillery, which was re-released in 2016 and now discontinued.

Be delighted by a malty, citrus and soft smoke combined with sherried goodness.

TASTING NOTES:

Nose: Citrus in abundance with orange and lemon peels, a soft salty sea breeze and vanilla custard.

Palate: The smoke opens up with time - coastal heather, honey and the ocean, and combines with toasted malt. Citrus lollies, with sultanas and redcurrants coming along for the ride.

Finish: Toasty malt and more citrus with lasting smoky notes
