Highwayman Whisky Liqueur

This devilishly tasty beverage is a blend of peated Highwayman whisky aged in casks seasoned with coffee beans, cold brew coffee and smoked maple syrup. The end result gives you a thick syrupy texture and an incredibly complex flavour profile. These 3 ingredients were blended together and balanced perfectly with nothing else added before being bottled at 35% abv.

No colouring, flavouring, preservatives or anything artificial added.

 Tasting notes: 

Nose: Burnt coffee, dark cacao and golden syrup with a toffee like sweetness.

Palate: A huge burst of golden maple syrup upfront gliding into a mid palate of earthy coffee and dark chocolate finishing off with a beautifully rounded smoky whiskiness.
