Lark's Tokay Tokay Release has spent its entire life surrounded by ex-Australian Tokay, maturing in 100 litre Tokay casks before finishing in two 300 litre Tokay hogsheads from Seppeltsfield in the Barossa Valley. Big and biscuity with sweet notes of vanilla, this is an indulgent affogato of a whisky drowned in espresso with swirls of dark chocolate. A deliciously decadent after-dinner treat.
