Tasmanian Single Malt, Bourbon Cask Batch 17-08 62%
The newest release from Hangar 17 - Seven small American Oak casks were vatted and allowed to “marry” together before bottling.
Distiller Chris Condon has nailed this cask strength version of his trademark fragrant and elegant whisky. Think crème brûlée, vanilla beans, spice and a long long finish. An engaging whisky with cask strength intensity and fragrant aromas, it was double distilled and is non-chill filtered to retain depth of character.
