Their exceptional casks create this unique bottling that they are proud to release under their Cellar Collection range.

Juicy raisins instantly on the nose with a deep cigar box notes. Spiced, rich and warming. The palate is a burst of fortified characteristics of red apples, leather, charred oak and nutmeg. The finish is decadent and long as honey roasted cashews, burnt sugar and 5 spice drift off.
