Release #25 has been finished in a French Oak blood tub creating a stronger taste and a softer finish.
Fresh vanilla, light caramel with just a hint of banana on the nose. It gently rolls on to the tongue with bright tart fruit on the palette. The finish is smooth and light on the back of the palate.
