Inspired by Irish gin recipes from a couple of hundred years ago comes the first release from the micro-distillery at Midleton in Cork.
Just released onto the Australian market, Method & Madness gin was inspired by historic gin recipes dating back to 1798, which, after all this time have been preserved at the Midleton Distillery. It's crafted over at the Irish distillery in County Cork by master distiller Brian Nation and apprentice distiller Henry Donnelly. It is made from 16 botanicals including black lemon and Irish gorse flower.
While most distilleries move from gin to whiskey, METHOD AND MADNESS does things a little differently. Consider it gintuition; the result of liquid experimentation at the Micro Distillery, Midleton. This Irish Micro Distilled Gin contains 16 eclectic botanicals led by Black Lemon and Irish Gorse flower; giving it notes of citrus and spice with a measure of chaos.
