The Signature release has all of the elegance and balance of a ripping good Scotch, if you are searching for a big, tannic, cask-driven, fortified bomb of an Australian malt whisky, then please look elsewhere. Made with 100% Australian premium malted barley, matured in Barossa and Coonawarra wine barrels which are prepared by hand at the family cooperage, and finished in carefully selected Morris fortified wine barrels. Wonderfully well-rounded balancing sweet, floral and biscuit aromas with the richness and warmth of caramel, marzipan and dark-berry flavours. Award winning fortified barrels impart unrivalled flavours of intense dried fruit with a supremely rich depth of character.
