Single malt Caol Ila, aged in bourbon hogshead, finished in 1st fill Koval Four Grain casks for 3 years.

Nose: Lemon pastry, sea mist and hickory smoke

Palate: Oak & smoke, vanilla and citrus

Finish: Salted caramel, clean and fresh
