Roberto Amillo is one the world's most passionate Sherry enthusiasts. He started the Espíritus de Jerez company in 2011 sourcing exceptionally old soleras from various Bodegas and bottling them under the Colección Robert Amillo label.
The Oloroso is the richest wine in the Colección Roberto Amillo, a boutique range of four sherries and two brandies that try to capture the true spirit of Jerez.
This release is made from 100% Palomino and aged for a minimum of 30 years, it is a stunning example of Oloroso - intense, rich and complex.
Nose: Powerful aromas of walnut and hazelnut, dried fruit, light honey and spice.
Palate: Round and lush, full of walnut, hazelnut and almonds dried fruits and spice through to an elegant long finish.
