An Evening with Michael D'souza, Master Distiller at Paul John Distillery Online Whisky Event Destination Cellars is honoured to be chosen to be the exclusive Australian promoter of four new single malt whiskies from our good friends at Paul John Distillery. To celebrate will be drinking the highly awarded Mithuna limited release alongside the highly anticipated Select Cask editions of Oloroso Cask and PX Cask as well as the much heralded entry-level Nirvana. Join Master Distiller and Blender Michael D'souza from the multi award winning Paul John Distillery on Thursday evening July 15th at 7.30pm for a virtual tour of the distillery and a guided tasting of the exceptional whiskies.

Our third birthday evening started off with 2 Speyside classics from The Glenrothes Distillery, The Manse Reserve and the 2001 Vintage. We then unveiled a couple of new drams: an Indian single Malt from Rampur aged in ex-bourbon and ex-Shery cask, alongside the pre-release of Tasmanian Independent Bottler's TIB RD0014 Muscat cask.  A 50%abv Brabazon edition 1 Sherry bomb from Teeling followed, and we finished the event with our special mystery dram - $1000 bottle of Jack Daniels Sinatra Centenary bottle.

On an especially beautiful winter sunny day we gathered at Hadley's Hotel to sample some Armagnac and whisky more suited to the traditional festive season with our Christmas in July event. Starting with 2 Bas-Armagnacs: the 1988 30YO Delord followed by the Tariquet 15YO cask strength, both were well received. We then moved on to the first of 4 whiskies, starting with a new 4 year old distillery in the beautiful Cotswolds region of England.
